We want you to love your instrument, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all Orangewood guitars. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange it for another model.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Guitar

  Carefully place the guitar in its original gig bag and shipping box, ensuring all accessories and protective packaging materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the instrument to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
